Tilt & Turn Windows
Two ways to open, one considered European detail
Tilt and turn windows are the system European homes are built around, and they remain the most versatile window we supply. A single handle controls two modes: tilted inward at the top for gentle, secure ventilation you can leave open, or turned fully inward like a door for maximum airflow and unobstructed cleaning from inside the room. Because the sash compresses onto a continuous gasket when locked, tilt and turn frames seal exceptionally well against Melbourne's wind-driven rain and street noise.

Profile accreditation
Northstar uses uPVC profile systems accredited under the uPVC Windows Alliance Industry Code of Practice.
The accreditation relates to profile performance and suitability for Australian conditions.
We can also supply selected uPVC window and door systems rated to Passive House standard.
