Initial contact & free home consultation
We meet you at the home, show you the product range, and take the time to understand the project — the rooms, the openings, the noise, the orientation — before specifying the appropriate solution for each opening.

Quote
You receive a clear written quotation based on the agreed product and project requirements: every opening itemised, the glazing make-up, the frame colours inside and out, screens, hardware, the warranty and the scope of the installation.

Trade measure
We return to take exact measurements for every window and door, and confirm the required materials and specifications — wall depths, reveal returns and sill lines all recorded before anything is ordered.

Manufacture
Once you approve, the package goes into manufacture to your confirmed sizes and specification, made to the relevant Australian Standards. We keep you posted on progress and give you a realistic install window.

Pre-install planning
Before install day we confirm access, parking, which rooms are being done in what order, pets, working hours and anything else that affects the household. You know exactly what's happening before we arrive.

Protecting the work areas
Before installation, we provide the preparation requirements so you can arrange reasonable access around each opening. We protect the relevant floors, access paths and nearby surfaces as required, using hard floor protection or dust screens where the work and site conditions call for them. Removal is completed carefully to minimise disturbance to surrounding finishes.

Removal & installation
Old units are removed and the new windows or doors are fitted, packed, fixed, sealed and weatherproofed. Any opening worked on that day is made secure and weather-tight before the team leaves site.

Clean up
All old frames, glass, offcuts and packaging leave with us. Floors are vacuumed, glass and frames are cleaned down, sills are wiped, and the rooms are put back the way we found them — not left for you to deal with.

Handover & sign-off
We walk the job with you opening by opening: every sash operated, every lock and screen demonstrated, and cleaning and maintenance explained. Anything you're not happy with is noted and rectified before we call it complete.

After-sales service
Your warranty documentation is issued in writing, and we remain available if you need support after installation — you call us, not a call centre.

Replacing windows in an occupied home means taking the walls apart around the people living in it. How that is handled — the protection before, the care during removal, and the clean up after — is the part homeowners actually remember.

Access and work-area protection
Customers arrange reasonable access around each opening in line with the pre-installation requirements we provide. We protect relevant floors, access paths and nearby surfaces as required for the work.

Dust containment
Where a job calls for it — heavier removal work, brick or plaster disturbance, or occupied rooms nearby — protection screens are set up between the work area and the rest of the home so dust stays where the work is.

Weathertight every night
Any opening worked on that day is made secure and weather-tight before the team leaves site.

Careful making good
Reveals, architraves and sills are left square, sealed and paint-ready, with existing brickwork, render and plaster protected during removal.
